Paying with DPO Pay

Select DPO Pay as your payment method at checkout.

1. Click Proceed to Payment — you'll be redirected to DPO Pay's secure payment page.
2. Choose how you'd like to pay: Card (Visa, Mastercard, Amex).
3. Enter your payment details:
   • Card number, expiry date, CVV, and cardholder name.
   • Review the amount and merchant name shown on the DPO page to confirm it matches your order.
   • Complete any additional verification if requested (OTP from your bank, mobile money PIN, or 3D Secure prompt).
   • Once approved, you'll be redirected back to our site with a payment confirmation. Keep the confirmation/reference number shown for your records — you can use it if you need to contact support about this transaction.

Note: Do not close the browser tab or hit back while DPO Pay is processing your payment — wait for the redirect back to our site to avoid duplicate charges or failed order updates.

Transaction Charge: A payment processing fee applies to this transaction and is payable by the registrant. The amount will be displayed before you confirm payment.
